The 160-seat indoor restaurant features an 80-seat panoramic dining room and an adjoining 80-seat banquet hall, both renovated in 2020. A panoramic terrace seats 160 people. The restaurant is open Friday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Friday and Saturday open until 10:30 PM; and Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Maison de Montagne Bretaye serves a buffet or continental breakfast daily. Chalet IDFX offers beers and Quebec specialties, with deckchairs available. Chalet IDFX can be privatized for events. Chef Quentin Bazin prepares refined cuisine using fresh ingredients. Waiting staff attend throughout the year.

Leisure Activities

Guests can access the Villars-Gryon-Les Diablerets ski resort, which has 100 km of slopes and 34 ski lift facilities. Cross-country skiing is available on the 50 km of marked trails. Other activities include snowshoeing. Groups and companies can arrange curling tournaments, snow games, snowshoeing, sledging, off-piste & heliskiing, or even dogsledding through Villars Experience. Guests can relax on deckchairs. For golf enthusiasts, a golf course is within walking distance.
